This page explains how FiftyRoyale uses the information collected when you join the beta.
Who manages the information?
FiftyRoyale is the data controller. For any question or request, email contact@fiftyroyale.fr.
What information is collected?
We record your email address, consent, language and registration source, as well as the dates when the confirmation email is sent and confirmed. We do not collect payment information on this website.
Why is it used?
This information is only used to manage beta access and send the FiftyRoyale updates you agreed to receive. Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long is it kept?
Information is kept until you withdraw your consent, or for no longer than three years after our last contact with you. It is then deleted or anonymized.
Who can access it?
Only the FiftyRoyale team and its technical providers can access it for these purposes: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, and Resend for confirmation and news email delivery. Information is never sold or rented.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and withdraw consent by emailing us. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Audience measurement and cookies
The website measures page views, beta form openings, requested registrations and confirmations internally and in aggregate. Only the event type, page, language, broad source and date are stored for no longer than thirteen months. No visitor identifier, IP address, advertising profile or analytics cookie is retained. The host may use a strictly necessary security cookie, and a secure session cookie protects the private administration area.
